HR Coordinator

We are seeking a high energy and dynamic candidate to join our HR team!  We are based in the West Loop, close to all public transportation and offer a fantastic benefits package.  

Our Human Resources team is growing and seeking an HR Coordinator to assist the Director with all things Human Resources.  Candidates should have experience or exposure with the following: 

  • An HRIS solution, we are currently utilizing ADP.
  • Experience with recruitment or assisting a recruitment team with Job Postings, Prescreening, Scheduling interviews, requesting feedback, etc. 
  • Assisting with employer notifications and correspondence desired.  This will include emails, newsletters, employment notices(termination letters, offer packages, unemployment assistance, etc.).  
  • You will be responsible for on-boarding/orientation for all new hires while also providing benefits support / questions. 
  • Ideally seeking someone with 1-2 years’ experience in HR or admin type roles.
