Contract Administrator Assistant

Provides support for the Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management department.

Provide administrative, organizational and operational services to the strategic sourcing and vendor management contract manager
Ability to understand a variety of terms and conditions within vendor legal contract documents
Handle routine legal documents to vendors and business partners
Manage contract tracking, including email correspondence and contract documents, using automated tools and excel
Manage SharePoint documentation
Participate in group projects, conducts research and organize project material as directed

MS Office
‘Legal Files’ application experience, a plus

1-2 years administrative experience within a legal environment 

Bachelors Degree
